1. 貧乏素人相手に、ワンメイクものを売っちゃいけない。そういう奴には、大量生産バルク品との違いが判ってないんだから。企業だろうがなんだろうが、物を判っていない奴は貧乏素人でしかないので、そういう奴にワンメイクを売っても注文が変わり続けるだけ。

    そういう貧乏素人には、「有名デザイナーによる、既存デザイン品」を手直し無しで売った方が、双方ハッピーだ。

    で、さらに言うなら、他社が貧乏素人相手のワンメイク注文を受けたときに、売上を見て相手をうらやんじゃいけない。その契約における純利益を考えなくちゃ。
